Business Entity Search
1. Go to the New Hampshire Corporate & Business Search
2. Perform Business Name Search
Enter the Business Name in the top field of the search panel and select a search option. The following options are available:
- Starts With
- Exact Match
- Contains
- All Words
Click Search to view any matching results.
3. View Search Result
On the Search Result page, a list of all matching search results will be displayed. Each item includes the following business information:
- Business Name
- Business ID
- Homestate
- Previous Name
- Business Type
- Principal Office Address
- Registered Agent Name
- Status
Clicking on the Business Name of an entity will redirect to a Business Details page.
4. View Business Information
The detailed Business Details page will display the following information:

- Name in State of Incorporation
- Date of Formation in Jurisdiction
- Principal Office Address
- Mailing Address
- Citizenship/State of Incorporation

The Business Information page also provides, where applicable, the entity’s Principal Purpose, Principals Information, Registered Agent Information, Trade Name Information, and Trademark Information.
